"We are attempting to send the most important items that people require in this emergency scenario, which are primarily blankets and winter clothing. We are also transferring funds for heating supplies, which may be purchased there. Our primary concern right now is transportation and logistics; because there is no road access, we will wait and, if we cannot provide our supply directly, we will send it through another NGO. Our contacts in Afrin and Idlib have responded thus far, but we are still waiting for other areas such as Harasta."
